This $8.7 million Park and Ride facility includes almost 11 acres of sitework, an operator’s breakroom building with public restrooms, a clock tower, 5 cantilevered bus shelters, a “kiss and ride” area for drop-offs, and significant street and signaling improvements. Challenges included a tough schedule (7 months for 11 acres of sitework), a spring start on a wet site, and many existing business in close proximity to the site.
