Portland Community College Sylvania Campus Services Building
PCC Sylvania Campus, After successfully completing a PCC campus-wide CM/GC infrastructure upgrade project that included adding air conditioning and fire protection to all of the original existing buildings, as well as three separate major interior remodels, Emerick was the clear choice to fill the CM/GC role for PCC’s new College Services Building. The 27,000-sf, 3-story concrete structure needed to be created with a design that fit within a tight budget.
