Lincoln City Police Department
Two story, 15,000 sf. police headquarters for the Lincoln City Police Department. Includes new office space, community meeting rooms and inmate housing. The project featured cross laminated timber (CLT) as its structure. The project site is situated on the edge of a wetland that drains into Devils Lake and ultimately the Pacific ocean, so great care was taken to maintain a clean environment surrounding the jobsite.
